Our Group has powerful technical forces, complete equipment and advanced inspection technology. Now our company has one set of 25 TEF furnace and 25T intermediate frequency furnace, one set of 25T AOD over rolled furnace, 15 sets of 76, 50 punching machine units and production lines of 10T-150T cold drawn units, 10 sets of over rolled machines and 10 sets of high frequency machines for welded pipe. The company also has ETD-108A automatic eddy current test machines, VTD-426 automatic ultrasonic test machines, desktop spectrometer analyzer imported from Germany, universal hydraulic testing machine, hydrostatic testing machine, intergranular corrosion physical and chemical lab. Through the rapid development, our company has been equipped with prime quality and inspection equipment as well as well-trained and experienced personnel. The specifications of stainless steel seamless pipes and welded pipes are: Standards: GB/T, ASTM, JIS and DIN; Grades: 301, 304, 304L, 310S, 316L, and 321, etc. And the sizes are from 6mm to 325mm. The sizes of wire rods and round bars are from 0.5mm to 280mm and the thickness of hot rolled stainless steel coil and hot rolled plates is from 2.5mm to 40mm. The annual output reaches 60 thousand tons and the products are enjoying a ready market both at home and abroad. We got GB19001 and ISO9001: 2000 certificates and was awarded honorable titles such as "Consumers′ Creditable Unit" by Zhejiang Product Quality Management Center.
